Bishop & Hayes P.C. is a boutique auto injury law firm with offices in Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Arkansas. Auto accident cases are all we do. Our attorneys share more than 50 years of experience in auto injury law. Attorney Brad Bishop started his career in insurance defense, which gives him unique insight into the defense strategies insurance corporations use to avoid paying victims for their injuries.
Attorney Tim Hayes was the head personal injury litigation lawyer at a large firm before honing in exclusively on auto accident recovery. Tim and Brad joined forces to found Bishop & Hayes, a law firm that puts clients first.
Because we remain hands-on throughout your case, our attorneys can take crucial decisive steps that are proactive instead of reactive. We understand the facts of your claim, the details of your accident, the nature of your injuries, and the repercussions they have had on your family, your job and your quality of life.

Meet the Team
Brad Bishop or Tim Hayes Will Represent You
Our partners work on cases from consultation to recovery. You will not go through an intake person as you would at some larger firms. During resolution of your claim, one of our partners will be available to give you updates and answer all your questions. He will engage in all negotiations with the insurance company and is by your side during mediation sessions. Finally, he will prepare your case for trial and be in the courtroom presenting the facts to the judge and jury.
